Message from the CEO

This year marked a period of transformation and growth.

The successful amalgamation of the Enyuka portfolio brought renewed energy and opportunity, while almost every centre showed measurable improvement - from stronger collections and utility recoveries, to better facility upkeep and tenant satisfaction and off course, better occupancies and quality of tenants. These achievements reflect the dedication and teamwork of everyone involved.

We also acknowledge that not everything went perfectly; each mistake has been a lesson, making us stronger and more prepared for the year ahead.
