As the year draws to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your dedication, resilience, and contribution throughout the year. I am deeply proud of what we have accomplished together - and I know that One Property Group stands where it does today because of your hard work, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment.

The year behind us has given us lessons - some challenging, some inspiring - but each one valuable. Let us take those lessons forward, not as burdens, but as stepping stones. The true measure of our strength lies not only in what we have achieved, but in how we will use our experiences to shape the future we want to create.

As we look ahead, we are boldly exploring new frontiers. ONE is expanding into different sectors of the commercial property industry to diversify and strengthen our portfolio. We are nurturing new business partnerships with specialists in these emerging fields to fast-track our growth and to bring fresh, innovative thinking into our group.

We are also repositioning ourselves strategically - selling mature properties and acquiring new, high-quality assets or assets that we are able to redevelop and turn around. In doing so, we are recycling existing capital efficiently while attracting like-minded investors who share our vision and are eager to partner with us in building the next chapter of our success story, which is that of building a capital growth fund.

At the heart of this growth, we need to recognise that our tenants should be amongst our most important focus as well as the shoppers that visit our centres. We must continue to place great importance on how we respect, treat, and communicate with our tenants. Being customer-orientated is not just good business - it’s the foundation of long-term success. The strength of our relationships defines the strength of our brand.

Our focus must now turn to tomorrow - to the opportunities that await us as ONE. Through growth, passion, and focus, and by embracing our diversity, we can continue to build new horizons together. Our differences in culture, background, and experience - are not what separate us; they are what make us stronger. Each of us brings a unique spark that fuels the collective power of ONE.
